Grand Blanc, MI - December 7, 2011 Innovative Programming Systems (IPS) officially relocated its headquarters on October 1st, 2011.

After eight years we have relocated back to the Grand Blanc area. The new 12,000 square foot building houses state of the art technology. Part of the new technology installed was a Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone system. This improves our ability to handle multiple callers at one time, resulting not only in less time on hold for our dealers, but also a reduction in operating costs.

Technological advancement was also made for a faster internet. A higher speed internet allows us to address technical support issues faster, which in turn results in higher customer satisfaction. Additionally, by restructuring and adding an improved floor layout, the software development team is better able to assess what the dealerships wants and needs are.

Innovative Programming Systems Joins STAR

MCLEAN, VA and Flint, MI April 28, 2008 - STAR (Standards for Technology in Automotive Retail), a global Information Technology (IT) standards body for the retail automotive industry, have announced that Innovative Programming Systems, Inc (IPS) has recently joined STAR.
