Access PointThe ScanIt Parts™ scanning system uses the Cisco Aironet 1200 Series Access Point to communicate between the scanner and the server through a wireless connection. This access point is not weather tolerable and needs to be located inside the building. The antenna can be placed up to 15 feet from the access point and will provide a 360-degree reception capability. Additionally, the radio frequency signal produces a maximum line of sight up to 1000 feet; however, the signal needs to pass uninterrupted. Distance could be reduced by a building consisting of steel, brick or concrete.
The ScanIt Parts™ scanning system uses the Monarch Pathfinder 6039 scanner to scan all parts that come into the warehouse and uses the latest Microsoft Windows CE technology. With a large screen, you can view items in bright colors, plus it uses a touch screen just like palm-sized computers. Furthermore, the Pathfinder 6039 has a built-in thermal printer, which is used to print barcode and non-barcode labels.

Unitech HT660 scannerThe ScanIt Parts™ scanning system uses the Unitech HT660 scanner to scan parts for functions that require little or no printing. Light weight (less than 1 pound) and a long battery life make the Unitech HT660 ideal for perpetual inventory or extreme conditions. Having a large touch screen allows you to view items in bright colors. Furthermore, it has the same feel and touch screen look as the Monarch Pathfinder 6039.
Optional desktop printer is available.
